Aunjanue Ellis
Aunjanue Taylor is a famous American actor and producer who is best recognized for her roles was in Ray Undercover Brother, The Mentalist and the television show The Mentalist. She has a Bachelor's degree in African-American Studies and an MFA from the Tisch School of the Arts New York University. Aunjanue Ellis works as a writer and actress working in theater, film and television. Her career in acting began at the theatre. Then she appeared on various television series as well as independent and mainstream films. Her most famous role was Miranda Shaw in ABC's Quantico as well as on the epic BET series The Book of Negroes. In both roles, she was praised by critics and received numerous nominations and prizes, including an award from the Television Critics Choice Award for the Best Actress.
