Kristen Anne Bell, born 1980 in the United States of America is an actress as well as a performer. Born and raised in Huntington Woods Michigan as the daughter of Lorelei Frygier who was a nurse - and Tom Bell - a television director. She's an American actor and singer. Her birthplace was in the town of Huntington Woods, Michigan and was raised by an Polish mother and father that is German, English Irish, Scottish and Irish. Kristen was already an accomplished entertainer at an early stage. She went to her audition in 1992 and was offered the role of Raggedy Ann, and Andy. Bell's mom enrolled her at an agency prior to when turning 13 years old. She then appeared in television advertisements and newspaper ads. Along with having private lessons, she began her acting career around that time. Bell was credited with a minor role as a character in Polish Wedding (1998) in 1998. Bell was a member of the Drama and Music Club at Shrine Catholic High School. She was cast as Dorothy in the high-school production in The Wizard of Oz. Bell went to an institution called the Tisch School of the Arts which she attended to study Musical Theater at the Tisch School of the Arts in New York City. Bell left the school in 2001, and took on the part of Becky who is a character from Tom Sawyer. That same year, she had her first credit debut as Pootie Tang. Pootie Tang (2001), however, her performance was cut and her character was not shown in the credit sequence. In 2002, Bell made an appearance as a character in her first Broadway revival of The Crucible with Liam Neeson as well as Angela Bettis.
