Tommy Lee-1-819x1024Thomas Lee Bass is a Greek-American musician who is a founding of the heavy metal group Motley Crue. As well as being the group's long-term drummer Lee formed the rap metal group Methods of Mayhem and has explored solo projects. Lee is a proponent of animal rights and PETA. Lee has written Terry Prather in protest of Tilikum's treatment in 2010. Lee believes that the animal should be set free and claimed that SeaWorld will not comply considering that Tilikum is their main sperm donor. Lee wrote that he was appalled by SeaWorld's sick and devious methods of obtaining Tilikum sperm. Lee declared that he would prevent more trainers from dying, since these tragedies were caused by whales' distaste for captiveization.
